MY JOURNEY

I began my leadership of Spiritual Awakening Workshops & Groups by hosting international teachers at my then home - Chimborazo House, Barbados from 2001 – 2004 and then began my personal training to be able to lead my own workshops. Always reaching out for new teachings to share but always on the shamanic path.  I developed into the ancient practices of Sound, Dance & Breathwork, but always deeply connecting all experiences with an honouring of Nature through Ceremony.

‘Sacred Circles Barbados’ was born at Taitts Plantation, Barbados in 2009 attracting many from the early days at Chimborazo and many others – continually growing and evloving

I feel so lucky to be alive on this planet right now – the opportunities for transformation, healing and evolution – the chance to ‘make a difference’ – the experiencing of The Shift we have all been waiting for. This is why I am here right now! The very raw nature of Life in these current times urges me forward to embrace an empowered life to its fullest.

 

My passion is independent backpack traveling - visiting ancient sacred sites.  I’ve journeyed globally to ‘stand & thrill’ on land once used for Ancient Ceremonies including Gobekli Tepe (Turkey), Ggigantja(Malta), Newgrange (Ireland), Tiwanaku (Bolivia) and 100’s more – all 2000+ years older than the Pyramids of Egypt. I am currently researching Neolithic Orkney (visiting Sept 2021) and writing a ‘novelette’

book based on life there 5000 years ago.
