A Gong Bath is about YOU and your holistic wellbeing. There is always the potential of a big shift as your body, mind and spirit unconsciously feed on the sacred sounds allowing you to release, realign and rejuvenate from your inner core and cells out into your auric field.

Every Monday throughout March 4 - 5 pm
I’ll guide you with breath, colour and sound to clear and awaken all 7 chakras then use conscious continuous toning to bring sound through our focused chakra of the week. There will then be a gentle healing sound meditation and we close with a sacred heartsong.

Mantra Dancing has developed a following over the last few years, and, with artistes such as Kamari & Manvir, MC Yogi & Bhakti Explosion producing high energy trance music based on ancient mantras, the music brings us into an ecstatic experience. We will open our hearts with a Cacao ceremony, dance for an hour and chill down with a relaxing Gong Bath.

Watershed Sauna lends itself very well to a Mexican-style Tamescal or ‘indigenous sweat space’ where the body, mind and soul are purified by release and manifesting through personal communion with the Spirit Realms through intention and prayer.
I am a fully trained and experienced traditional Lakota style Sweat Lodge facilitator and will modify the prayer rounds within the beauty of this space overlooking Nature while the full moon rises over the sea. I promise you a safe & enriching experience. Limited to 5 people so you must apply to claim a space.

Beltane is the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer, when earth energies are at their strongest. It’s an amazing time of year to ‘sow the seeds’ of your hopes and dreams. Together we will work with the potent energies available at this time, both in our retreat space and in the sacred sites we visit.
Practices will be both gently healing and inspiring through sacred sound and shamanic ceremonies from different traditions. Excursions to various cultural sites are included as well as dining in local French restaurants.
