VISION BOARDING TOGETHER £5

A Vision board is a powerful tool and serves as your image of the future - a tangible representation of where you are going. It represents your dreams, your goals, and your ideal life for the time ahead.
I have 14” circular white boards onto which you can paste, paint, write, draw your dreams and wishes for 2025 as well as paints and glue. Think carefully about what you wish to manifest for yourself as these become powerful tools when created with intention. Please contribute old magazines if you have any.
HEALING & MANIFESTING THROUGH MASKS
(2 sessions) £20 total
Sat 11th Jan 9.30 – 12pm &
Sat 25th Jan 10.30 – 12pm at Cailleach
We will be using the process of building our mask with strips of plaster of paris bandage and, while it is drying, journey on negativity / issues / limiting beliefs etc which we wish to release during the powerful moment of mask birthing or removal. We awaken the masks and then smudge them to clear negativity before taking them home and decorating them to bring back on 25th Jan. It is possible to decorate your mask here at Cailleach if you have no materials at home. Lots more information on this event – it is a very empowering practice.
SOUNDSCAPE IN AN ARCTIC LANDSCAPE
A Magical Gong Immersion surrounded by stunning Arctic Art by Georgia Rose Murray.

Journey with cosmic gong sounds in the Moray Art Centre Gallery featuring the beautiful Arctic canvases of Georgia Rose Murray. This idea was born when we used the gong to create atmosphere at the Winter Solstice Opening of Georgia’s exhibition. This gives a chance to sink deeper into the energy of her stunning art.

Raising our Frequency through vocal toning, sound meditation and chant and unexpected extras some weeks!!
We’ll continue throughout January with our toning practice focusing on different themes or chakras, peaceful meditation with a focus and a corresponding mantra or chant.
