Raising our Frequency through vocal toning, sound meditation and chant and unexpected extras some weeks!!

We’ll continue throughout January with our toning practice focusing on different themes or chakras, peaceful meditation with a focus and a corresponding mantra or chant.

Journey with cosmic gong sounds in the Moray Art Centre Gallery featuring the beautiful Arctic canvases of Georgia Rose Murray. This idea was born when we used the gong to create atmosphere at the Winter Solstice Opening of Georgia’s exhibition. This gives a 2nd chance for those who missed it before to sink deeper into the energy of her stunning art. I will guide you into the arctic through a shamanic style journey where you will engage your senses and then allow the gong to carry you on an adventure
